By purchasing, accessing or using Break Into MedTech™ — including the free guide, the free workshop, the paid course, the live calls and the private community — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the program.
Break Into MedTech™ is owned and operated by Andrea Scicli, a sole proprietor based in San Jose, California. You can reach us at andrea@breakintomedtech.co.
Break Into MedTech is an online training program. When you enrol, you receive access to the course materials, downloadable worksheets and guides, and the live calls and community access described at the point of purchase.
You are purchasing education and materials. You are not purchasing recruitment services, job placement, résumé writing done on your behalf, or an introduction to any employer.
Your access begins when your payment is confirmed and does not expire. Lifetime access means you keep access to the course materials for as long as Break Into MedTech operates, including any updates or improvements we make to those materials.
Modules are released on a schedule rather than all at once. The release schedule is shown inside the program.
Live group calls are included for twelve weeks from the date you enrol. Calls are held every two weeks, so this is six sessions.
Calls are group sessions on a set schedule. If you cannot attend one, we are not able to reschedule it individually. Your twelve weeks run from your own enrolment date, not from any fixed cohort start.
Lifetime access applies to the course materials. It does not extend the live calls beyond the twelve weeks described here.
If your purchase includes access to a private group, we ask that you keep other members' details private, treat people respectfully, and refrain from promoting your own services. We may remove anyone from the group who does not, without a refund.
The private group runs for as long as we choose to run it. If we close it, we will give members reasonable notice first.
Your access is personal and for you alone. You may download and use the materials for your own career, and you may print them for your own use.
You may not share your login, resell, republish, distribute, or use the materials to teach or coach others commercially. You may not upload the materials anywhere else, in whole or in part.
All course content — videos, written lessons, worksheets, guides, frameworks, and the Clinical Crossover Method — is the intellectual property of Andrea Scicli and Break Into MedTech™. Buying access does not transfer ownership of any of it.
The price is the price shown at checkout at the time you purchase. Prices may change for future participants; a change does not entitle you to a refund or an adjustment.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the remaining scheduled payments to be charged automatically. If a payment fails, we will try again and may pause your access until the account is current.
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy on this page. In short: contact us within seven days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. On a payment plan, the guarantee applies to your first payment — cancel within seven days and no further payments are taken.
Live sessions, including the free workshop and group calls, may be recorded for participants' reference and for our own notes. By joining a live session you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat rather than speaking.
Recordings are not guaranteed. A session may be live-only, and we will say so when that is the case.
Break Into MedTech is a training program. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any particular salary. Full details are in the Earnings Disclaimer on this page.
The materials are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax, immigration or career-counselling advice, and they do not create a professional relationship of any kind. Decisions about your career remain yours.
The program is delivered using third-party services, including Systeme.io for hosting, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Google Meet for live sessions. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you share your login, redistribute the materials, or behave abusively toward Andrea, staff or other participants.
You may stop using the program at any time. Outside the seven-day window, stopping does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
We may update, improve, reorganise or replace course content, and may change the format or schedule of live calls. We will not reduce the substance of what you purchased.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Break Into MedTech and Andrea Scicli are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the program, including lost income or lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
