At Break Into MedTech™, we stand behind the quality of our educational content. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Free Guide

The Nurses-to-MedTech Transition Guide is offered completely free of charge. No payment is required and no refund policy applies.

Paid Courses

We offer paid courses designed to help nurses successfully transition into the medical device industry. All paid purchases are subject to the following terms:

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are available regardless of how much of the course has been completed within the 7-day window
• After the 7-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued
• Only one refund per customer per product is permitted

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at andrea@breakintomedtech.co and include the following:

1. Your full name
2. The email address used at the time of purchase
3. Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
4. A brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We process all approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us at andrea@breakintomedtech.co before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
